Terms of Use

Clear terms for parent-managed learning.

Last updated: August 26, 2026

These Terms explain how LearnzyGo works, including parent-owned accounts, learner profiles, free trials, paid plans, Stripe billing, subscriptions, cancellations, and general use of the app.

By creating an account or using LearnzyGo, you agree to these Terms.

1. About LearnzyGo

LearnzyGo is a learning app for children, families, and small learning groups.

The app starts with English-language math practice and may support more subjects in the future. Learning is organised through short stages, rewards, progress tracking, and learner profiles.

2. Parent-owned accounts

LearnzyGo is built around parent-owned accounts.

This means the parent or adult account holder is responsible for creating the account, authorizing learner access, choosing a plan, and managing billing.

A parent may optionally invite a learner to sign in directly with a password or supported Google account. The parent can revoke that access at any time without deleting the learner's progress.

Children should use LearnzyGo under the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian, teacher, or responsible adult.

3. Learner profiles

A parent account can create one or more learner profiles, depending on the selected plan.

Learner profiles are used to show learning progress, completed stages, rewards, and practice activity.

Profile photos or avatars may be available in some areas of the app. These are optional where enabled. An invited learner may edit only their linked profile, while the parent remains its owner.

A learner login cannot view siblings, create or delete profiles, open Parent Area, or manage account, subscription, or billing information.

4. Plans and pricing

LearnzyGo offers different plans, such as Solo, Family, and Class.

Each plan includes a different number of learner profiles or learner seats. The current plan details and prices are shown on the Pricing page before signup or payment.

We may update our prices or plan features from time to time. If you already have an active subscription, changes will apply according to the information shown to you before renewal or plan change.

5. Free trial

LearnzyGo offers a 7-day free trial that starts without a credit card.

During the trial, you can test selected starter stages before choosing a paid subscription.

Payment details are only requested if you later choose a paid plan. The app will explain the price and billing schedule before you confirm the subscription.

6. Billing and payments

Billing is handled through the parent account.

Payments and subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. LearnzyGo does not store your full card details.

Your subscription renews automatically based on the billing period you choose, such as monthly or annual billing, unless you cancel before the next renewal.

VAT and other applicable taxes are included in the advertised subscription price. Stripe calculates the included tax during checkout based on your location and tax status.

7. Managing or cancelling a subscription

You can manage your subscription from the parent account area, where available.

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal. After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated in your account or checkout flow.

If you have trouble managing or cancelling your subscription, contact us and we will help you.

8. Refunds

If you believe a payment was made by mistake or there is a problem with your subscription, please contact us.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, unless applicable consumer law gives you specific rights.

Nothing in these Terms limits any legal consumer rights you may have in your country.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use LearnzyGo in a normal and respectful way.

You may not use LearnzyGo to:

  • break the law
  • harm, disturb, or overload the service
  • try to access another user's account
  • copy, resell, or misuse the app content
  • upload harmful code or unsafe content
  • use the app in a way that damages LearnzyGo or other users

We may restrict or close an account if it is used in a harmful, unsafe, or abusive way.

10. Learning content and results

LearnzyGo is designed to support learning practice.

We do our best to make the app helpful, fun, and accurate, but we cannot guarantee specific school results, grades, or learning outcomes.

Parents and teachers should use LearnzyGo as a learning support tool, not as the only source of education.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep LearnzyGo available and running smoothly.

Sometimes the app may be unavailable because of updates, maintenance, technical issues, or services provided by third parties.

We may improve, update, add, or remove features over time.

12. Account closure

You may stop using LearnzyGo at any time.

If you want to close your account or delete learner profiles, please use the account settings where available or contact us for help.

Some information may need to be kept for billing, security, legal, or accounting reasons.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our Privacy page explains how LearnzyGo handles account information, learner profiles, optional profile photos, billing information, and parent-managed settings.

By using LearnzyGo, you also agree to the way information is handled as described in our Privacy page.
